Zusammenfassung

Small and medium enterprises (SME) are a driving force for innovation. The stimulation of innovation in these SME shall be the target for political interventions, both regionally and nationally. Which technical areas should be in the focus? In this position paper, we propose AI-supported methods to combine innovation monitoring using natural language processing (NLP) and a dynamic knowledge graph that combines learning, reasoning and knowledge sharing in collaboration with innovation experts (Hybrid AI).
