With their presence at the 300 m2 French-German Lab, DFKI and Inria took their place among the Franco-German cooperation partners: Franco-German University (DFH/UFA), Institut Mines-Télécom, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Technical University of Munich (TUM), École nationale supérieure d'arts et métiers and Franco-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK). North Rhine-Westphalia, Berlin and Saarland were represented as federal states.
The French-German Tech Lab presented about 100 start-ups from Germany and France. The companies provided answers to technological challenges in the fields of artificial intelligence, quantum technology and Industry 4.0 and contribute to sustainable development and the achievement of European technological sovereignty. DFKI placed two young companies from its environment, Didactic Innovations and natif.ai. Didactic Innovations designs innovative education and training scenarios, teaching and learning formats for companies. Natif.ai is a deep-tech start-up in the field of intelligent document processing.
