New concepts for machine-to-machine communication will be developed with the help of two cooperating robots for surveillance and maintenance. The robots will have local autonomy with regard to the user commands and will be accessible over a mobile device. The robots will demonstrate a technical concept for communication, aiming at secure data transmission in overloaded environments. C3FO is a project by Deutsche Telekom Laboratories supported by DFKI.
