Clinical Data Intelligence develops intelligent smart data solutions based on big data analysis in the medical application context. A special focus is put on (pseudo) anonymisation and data security. A holistic patient view is key to a provided decision support system in two clinical use cases. Semantic annotation, clinical guidelines, facetted search and multimedia information extraction have major roles to play for the DFKI tasks.
