Zusammenfassung

Due to growing requirements of flexible and agile production lines it is necessary to observe the capacity of the plant continuously via a parallel running simulation based on real-time process information. By using digital factory tools the appropriate monitoring system can be realized for existing production lines. This paper specifies the implementation of a digital model of the technology initiative SmartFactoryKL demonstration plant. The model comprehends a process as well as production technology part which is used to optimize the capacity based on real-time states of the running production line. Furthermore the model will mirror the idea of the strictly designed modular process technology part to simply add or replace individual components to the production process.
