On December 7, the Center for Digital Innovation Lower Saxony (ZDIN) invites you to the next edition of the "Digitaltalk Niedersachsen": At this discussion event, guests from science and industry will talk about current digitalization topics. The December edition will focus on the question of how digital innovations can contribute to sustainability.
In a changing world, the sustainable use of resources is becoming increasingly important. Both in the private sector and in business, new solutions are needed to address key issues such as industrial production, water supply and agriculture. At the same time, the solutions must be economically profitable. To what extent can digital innovations contribute to this? What application examples are being researched in agriculture, production and water management?
Presenter Claudia van Veen will discuss these questions with her guests:
- Dr. Sebastian Pütz (DFKI, Nature Robots Gmbh, Gründer und CEO)
- Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jorge Marx Gómez (Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, Sprecher des Zukunftslabors Wasser)
- Dr.-Ing. Norbert Hoffmann (Technische Universität Braunschweig, wissenschaftlicher Geschäftsführer des Leichtmetallzentrums Soltau)
- Stephan Bäcker (Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesischer Wasserverband, Abteilungsleiter Wasserwirtschaftliche Information)
The event is in German language and will be streamed live on the ZDIN website from 17:15 to 18:30. Viewers are cordially invited to participate in the discussion via a chat. This will be activated directly below the livestream.
