The joint project "idFlexNetz" aims to create an ICT ecosystem that enables initially heterogeneous models and algorithms to be traded as digital goods on a marketplace with the help of a universal description language. The sub-project "BOSCOP" focuses on (1) the conception and development of a description language and ontology for scoring procedures, metrics, and digital goods, which are to be used by the different subsystems as a basis for data exchange, (2) the conception and development of scoring methods and metrics for the evaluation of the forecasts concerning the use or application purpose of the assets, (3) the conception and development of an assistance system for the selection and evaluation of a forecast component about its application purpose, (4) the conception and development of an approach to couple prediction methods with a digital identity, and (5) the conception of an approach to use the digital product memories of the decentralized assets to learn new prediction models or to adapt the (generic) prediction models.
