Abstract
Multifactor ergonomic assessments are still performed manually with a pen-and-paper method, particularly in real factory environments with long cycle times. We present ongoing work on the digitalization of ergonomic assessments, using the example of the final assembly of coach bus manufacturing. Based on our initial results, we outline a future system for continuous ergonomic assessments of smart workers integrated in a digital factory.
