ULAX, the AI-Powered Urban Logistics Agent X, is an AI-based software system for intelligent last-mile delivery management. In cooperation with Rytle and Orbitak, and with funding support from Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH (BAB), the project develops a driver-focused AI agent that supports real-time route adaptation, integrates planned and ad-hoc deliveries, and provides context-aware assistance to drivers. The solution aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in urban logistics.
